Spatial and technical equipment
We work with single-needle, short-arm, high-performance, double-needle long-arm and zigzag sewing machines on a production area of more than 800 m². For threadless material connections, an ultrasonic welding machine is used for an aesthetic, high-quality product.
With in-house specialist software, design templates are converted to different geometries such as spheres, cones, ellipsoids but also to free forms. For cross-field graphics, seam allowances are determined and professionally prepared for printing.
The different extensibilities of the fabrics used is also taken into account accurate to the millimetre.
