In collaboration with our engineers and designers, we can create almost any shape and / or body made of fabric. We also design complex shapes with the help of specialized software.
We have high-performance machines and specialized sewing machines by Dürkopp Adler and Juki. Our high-performance cutter G3-XXL 3200 by Zünd is used for cuts that are accurate to the millimetre. Hereby, we can draw and cut the individual elements endlessly up to a maximum width of 3200 mm.
Our ultrasonic welding machine NUCLEUS Rotosonic V4E is suitable for both precise cut and seal process as well as overlap welding. This is how we create airtight, helium-tight and highly tear-resistant connections.
A computer-controlled ultrasonic belt cutting machine completes our range of machinery.
